I always love to try new things for my daughter to take to school with on her long days because she can't eat at the cafeteria with the others due to some food intolerances. Healthy, practical and filling meals on the go are somewhat of a cahllenge I found, especially if you really want them to taste and even look deliciously after a couple of hours.
